1. Read the 2024 Commercial Exhibitor Handbook. We ask that all applicants read the entire Handbook carefully before submitting their application.
2. Download the Application to your desktop. This is a fillable PDF file. Download the file to your own desktop before filling it out.
After filling out BOTH pages, save the file again to ensure your information is saved.
NOTE: The Oregon State Fair seeks to avoid oversaturation of certain products among commercial exhibitors. Such products would include: TENS Units, skin care, serums or facial products, hair accessories, psychics, henna, face painting and sunglasses. Acceptance of new applicants offering such products may be impacted by this policy.
