If you bought a Presale 125 Ticket Carnival Pack, you can use your tickets on any carnival ride or carnival game you choose.

Games range from 1-12 tickets each and rides range from 10-15 tickets each. Your ticket card doesn’t expire and can be used on any day of the Fair. Redeem it inside the Fair at any Rainier Amusements Carnival Ticket Booth.

We cannot be responsible for inclement weather and therefore we do not offer refunds. Some rides may be closed if there are unsafe weather conditions.

We encourage you to wear closed-toed shoes (some rides require it) and avoid wearing any loose clothing. It’s also a good idea to pull long hair up into a ponytail.

Children under 2 are not permitted on any rides. Others must be personally responsible to be in good health and free of any conditions that may be aggravated by the rides. Some rides require a minimum height to ride.

Check all rides to make sure you are tall enough. We post signs that have the height requirement and any specific guidelines at each attraction. For your safety, we strictly enforce these requirements. To view a list of height requirements for some of our attractions please see www.rainieramusements.com.

The carnival at the Oregon State Fair promises to be as fun and thrilling as ever, thanks to the professional efforts of Rainier Amusements of Portland.

Their awesome collection of rides and games is a big reason why so many people make plans to attend the fair. This year, there will be seven new rides, with a total of 55 rides to experience! Of those, 10 are what we call spectaculars that can raise the hair on your arms. They include the Arctic Blast Coaster, the Giant Wheel, Medusa, Freak Out, Insominiac, Pirate Ship, Wave Swinger, Ali Baba, Kamikaze and Music Fest. Ride list is subject to change.

All rides take between 10-15 tickets. All games take between 1-12 tickets.

No, we do not have lockers and we encourage you to leave your belongings with family or a friend as some rides do not allow you to take any items on. Some rides allow you to leave your belongings on the deck of the ride, but our ride operators are not responsible for watching your items.
