Veterans

On Labor Day, the Oregon State Fair salutes U.S. military veterans and first responders by extending free admission.
Veterans & first responders and their immediate families pay nothing to enter.

There’s no way we can fully express our appreciation for the service of America’s military veterans and first responders. But one small gesture is to welcome veterans and first responders onto the fairgrounds for free on Labor Day. Spouses and children of vets and first responders get in for free as well.

The Fair is operating on the honor system, so no identification is required to enter at any gate. (Just let the gate attendants know of your status and you’re in.)

It’s a modest “thank you” in recognition of the monumental contributions of our vets and first responders.
